We need your help, even if only in prayers!!!!

My family and I could talk about everything that has happened to me medically this year but we think more importantly we should tall about what JAM means to us, it is a day that I really like because it's all about me and the other kids that suffer from this disease. Thousands of people join together just for us and thats really cool! I know this year we probably won't raise as much money as my family wants to, but thats ok as long as we have friends and family around us thats really all that matters.
